Allow an extra 1-2 days from quoted days for orders sent anywhere within Australia. If the customer chooses to do so, the ability to use their own courier is available. However, in the case of a customer needing to use their own courier, it is advised to either contact via phone or email the staff at Numb1 prior to ordering goods.

As shipping costs are calculated based on weight. In the event that a customer wishes to order 5 or more items, the staff at Numb1 will contact the customer directly after they have received an order to confirm shipping method and costs. If the order is urgent please send an email or call to ensure the timeframe you have allowed is enough.

Shipping cost for larger/bulky items may need to be re-adjusted after the order has been placed. A staff member will call you to confirm.
